Darren is a very professional and thorough inspector. He did a house inspection for us. He did a great job and was informative and very efficient. He answered my questions and explained everything in a perfect way not only to inform us about the inspection but to give us hints and tips about maintenance and what to do next. It was such a pleasure to work with Darren. It was easy to schedule a time. He arrive early and did the exterior inspection before we arrived. The inspection was done thoroughly and he answered our questions along the way. He spent time reviewing the inspection with us in detail when he was done, which was really helpful since we are first time buyers. He even gave us specific tips on how to remedy some of the issues that came up. He gave us a helpful book on home maintenance that we will be reading. Pricing was very reasonable. Thanks Darren.

Darren came out to do a home inspection on a mobile home we where interested in purchasing yesterday. He was great to work leading up to the inspection he was very responsive to messages. He went to the property before hand and looked at everything and then we came to meet him. He showed us everything that he found and was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend his services to anyone.

Darren with Trinuck Properties Inc. did a pre-purchase house inspection for me in early April 2021. He was friendly and accommodating AND very professional right from the start. He arrived early and had a preliminary search of the exterior before I even arrived on the scene. He was meticulous in his inspection and obviously very experienced. Darren is absolutely awesome as a home inspector. He was thorough and meticulous with his inspection and I was extremely happy with his service and honesty. He offered good advice and is very knowledgeable. He is not in a rush and is willing to discuss any findings at length AND he is quick at returning calls or emails! I checked out many inspection services and I have no doubt that Darren is one of the best. It is nice to have an inspection that provides me the confidence knowing what I am purchasing and I will not have any surprises!
