This gardener has charged my 73 old mother over $4000 for under 40hrs of work. This work was in Long Sault, Ontario and this payment was for up keep for the year. Kelley Labonte the left the province early in the summer without reimbursement of any kind. Kelley Labonte is ignoring messages from my mother and she will be brought to small claims court when she returns to Ontario. This is theft.
