The service is very friendly. I love the bubble tea. The store makes you feel warm. The bakery is so delicious. In the morning, I always stop by and buy a croissants on the way to work.

HORRIBLE customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could This is the closest type of market to where I live and I realized at 9:30 p.m. that I was out of cat food, so I ran over to pick up something quick, knowing that I may pay a little bit more than I would have if I went to Metro. The tag for the cat food on their shelf said $9.99 but it rung up at $18.99 (which in itself is CRAZY pricing). I showed the cashier the price on the shelf which I verified was for the exact bag I picked up and he refused to honour it, saying I could pay $12.99 instead.I've never had that experience anywhere before when there's a difference between the shelf price and the scanned item, in fact, I think there's a law saying they need to honour whatever the tag says. I will NEVER shop there again.

I went here to drop a mail for DHL. The lady just said we don't do DHL and walked away. Both on DHL store locator as well as their own store, they indicate they do DHL. So rude cashier, just walks away.

Poor customer service, and I've heard from locals in more than one occasion that they had unfair service as well.My girlfriend was purchasing something and was being cashed out by the manager/owner. We paid in cash and when we received the change we noticed it was short. When we asked for the right change back the manager/owner simply said, that he knew he didn't give the right change but didn't have enough coins to give us back the proper change.Of course, this isn't about the small sum of money that we lost, but about the principle. This person knew he was going to give us back less money than he should but decided to be deceptive rather than to be honest with customers.Won't be coming back.

Love this store the owners make you feel very comfortable and nnwelcoming as well as they have great varieties of products and their hours are great.

Very clean and organized family driven business. Excellent customer service by the owner Hani, his staff and wife. I also love the variety of beverages at the tea shop section, especially coffee and bubble tea
