It was a long weekend emergency and Jhon responded quickly and made arrangements to go to the site immediately to solve the problem.Thanks to his sincere attitude and service, my car that was not working is now working.I will contact him again if I have any more problems with the mechanic.He is very trustworthy!!

Jhon was really fun and easy to talk to. He gave an absolutely thorough overview of the second hand car i was thinking of getting and his service was beyond expectation. I’m not the most interested in cars but he made me enjoy the inspection a lot with useful information that i’d need to consider. I will 100% be seeing him again in the near future for any future car mechanic needs.

This company is amazing!!! They came right to me and made a pre-vehicle inspection for a car I was considering to buy smooth, seamless, and without stress. I could not recommend them more!

Jhon was my mechanic and he was incredible from beginning to end. First he came out for a pre-purchase inspection and described the entire process to me (first time buyer) and my friend while we waited for a seller, who ended up canceling on us. He was super understanding and came back a second time to do an inspection for a different car and was extremely thorough, taking out the wheels and jacking up the car to inspect the brakes, where he found issues with the rear brake shoes. He did a test drive, went under the car, tested absolutely everything to make sure it was in good shape. The report that came back in my email was super detailed, and gave me recommendations on what needed to be fixed right away versus issues to look out for in the future. It also came with photos and details for record keeping in the future.I also had him come back a third time, this time directly to my home, where he was able to fix the brakes at a really reasonable cost and sat with me to give me advice on what to look out for as a new driver in regards to actual driving and the lights on my dash. For both pre-purchase inspections and for fixing issues with the car, he was such a great mechanic and I’ve already recommended him to all my friends. Inspections are so important for peace of mind when buying a car and I’m super thankful that Jhon was so accommodating, friendly and detailed! I can’t say enough good things about Jhon and how helpful he was, I will be calling back for any future repairs or inspections for sure.

We had a film shoot in the warehouse area of Delta and after a whole day in front of the camera, my 2010 GMC Terrain car battery had completely died. We tried boosting but probably attached the jumper cables badly and damaged the power steering. By the time we were finished, it was 9 pm on a Friday night and we had loaded all the gear into my car before we found out that the steering was shot. Two hours without BCAA showing up, we headed back to Vancouver and I thought I was hooped. After calling around on Saturday am, I finally discovered Fuse Ave. They were SO helpful. Sam, my mechanic, picked up my keys from the West End, drove to the studio parking lot in Delta, fixed my car, ran the diagnostics, took videos and photos of the car as assurance, and drove back to the West End to give me back my keys. I was expecting to have to donate a kidney to pay for the service but Fuse was completely upfront with the fees and at ultimately, it cost $500 for the diagnosis, diagnostics and repair PLUS the key service. Thank you! Best service I could ever expect.

I’m not one to write a review but FuseAve really deserve the 5 stars. My partner and I used them to inspect a vehicle we were looking to buy and were amazed by their fantastic customer service. Their communication was excellent. The way they walk you through the entire inspection and the time spent to provide a detailed report, really made the process so helpful and easy! Can't say enough good things about this service. Phone demeanor was incredible making for a strong first impression.Mobile vehicle service dead battery replacement was mostly seamless only exception being they arrived with a top-post battery instead of side-post (which they had no way of knowing about, even I didn't know).Battery not accessible under hood, instead it's serviced from front wheel arch which they handled with ease.Respectful, communicative, even demonstrating parts of the repair, really cool.The only item of note is they do not accept credit cards, only cash or bank transfer; a bit odd as few walk around with cash these days.Highly recommend!

I was driving, when my steering wheel got stiff, and I couldn't move it to make turns. I made the world's worst right turn, and stopped in a safe spot until it froze completely. I got it towed back home, and realized i needed someone who could come to meI had same day service, actually, because John was super responsiveHe was helpful and knowledgable, and offered fast services and reasonable prices. He said I needed a new drive belt tensioner, drive belt, and drive belt (and offered to show me the damage parts too, if I wanted).Easy booking, good communication, hope to see him again if anything else happens

Kevin was right on point, thorough and helpful. This small business was quite decent and honest. When it comes to parts and labour, there aren’t any hidden costs and are reasonable priced. Will definitely come to them again with any issues in the future.
