Ordered for delivery, ordered 5 drinks all with less ice but received them basically 75% full of ice. Pictures are still more than 50% full after some has already melted. They are good but I didn't spend $6 plus to finish my drink in 5 sips.

The staff was so rude. She litterally slammed the straws in front of our face and not even bother to look at us. The drink was so bland even though it’s 100% sugar. Never recommend coming here.

This place is pretty good. A nice variety of different drink options. Service was wonderful , I asked for a recommendation and he followed by a few questions to try and meet what I was really looking for.Ended up getting the wintermelon, enjoyed it but it was quite sweet (as mentioned tho)

The service was seamless, the attendant there helped me and was super nice. I wasn’t sure which flavour I wanted because I have never tried bubble tea before from their location. They were really patient and spent a lot of time explaining the different flavours for me. I highly recommend this location

You probably see few gong cha store in Edmonton, but this one is my favorite for sure! I think the menu they have is little different than others, some drinks only this store have, I really like the taro milk tea with sago, and the matcha milk tea with red bean. They did well on lots of details, the drink tray for take out is very impressive.

Flavour was alright, probably better things on the menu to try. I tried the Black Forest drink and the grass jelly wasn't the best. Convenient area since it's situated right in the ICE District though. Price is pretty average, similar to most other bubble tea places.
