I met with Nathalie yesterday. This is the 2nd time I went to Medicus. Last year I went to the Sherbrooke Street Est, this year at the Rockland store. Wow, what a difference. I will say that the person who helped me the first time, was probably new and working in a Job. As for Nathalie, AMAZING. She is what a true professional should be like. She also went beyond to make sure all tests, questions and future challenges I might face, were answered. The owners of the company should make her the employee/manager of the year. Thank you Medicus for the excellent service from Nathalie.

I called Medicus Rockland for an appointment urgently for a boot cast and was amazed with the service I got from Julie. She was so welcoming and helpful. I needed a boot because of a broken ankle. The store (on Rockland) was about to close and I was still not at the store. Julie and kim accepted to wait for me and work overtime ( not paid) for me to get my boot. Julie came to my car with a wheelchair and took me in to the store and Kim fitted me in the boot and explained everything so well (wrote all the instructions for me). Julie helped me back to the car. This is the best and most courteous service I could hope for. What a team so helpful and kind and full of smiles.... 5 stars and above. I needed an immobilizer knee brace for my teared ACL, they patiently worked with me and found me the best brace which would fit best and easier to use for my body type. I have a very pleasant visit and I absolutely love my brace!
