Selkirk GM

Well, didn’t believe that a short trip to Selkirk would turn out to be a great experience! Thanks to Laura Tolpa she made it just so worth the trip. We picked up our new Yukon SLT and Laura went above and beyond in treating us like family, her personal touch on many things were impressive at the least, thanks Laura! Not only would we recommend Laura but please take the drive as it is so worth it, go see Laura! Thanks for everything Laura you are a sales person that we didn’t expect, never change.

We were passing through Winnipeg with a 10 Hr drive ahead of us when my truck threw an emissions code. I pulled into Selkirk and was greeted by Michael Flannigan the Service Writer. He was prompt, professional and knew we were in a bind. He made time for us and got us in for the repair. Rarely do you see this type of Customer Service! I had the best experience at the Selkirk GM, Chris listened to what car I wanted, and was even able to get the car sooner than expected. I'm so satisfied with the service that I got. Very friendly staff !

I had a few minor issues, however it made me feel like i didn't trust the service i received this time. I wasnt completely satisfied to be honest.I had a person named Jen call me, but nobody followed up with me on my discussion that i had with her.I sent an email of my minor issues just to let them know and to request a summary of items checked on my vehicle and i didnt receive anything. I called Laurie at the Dealership and she helped me. She was very nice.Overall i just didnt feel great after this appt. I also felt like maybe some items that were checked off on the oil change checklist werent done and it was ticked off that they had done it. For example my air pressure and car wash was ticked but my car wasnt washed. And my air was still the same pressure it was when i came in. some was low and some were too high.Anyway that was my experience.2/5

Craig is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He goes above and beyond for his customers and always does his best to accommodate people’s schedules. he is genuine and cares for his customers.

I had to drive all the way to Selkirk to find a dealership that would tackle a job on my car that no other dealership would touch..Thank you to Darren in Collision that took this to task and made sure to find someone who could do the job....He was so professional and polite always returning my calls...When I got my car back like promised in time it was detailed and look like a showroom car...I'm looking for a new truck soon and will surely make the trip to Selkirk .Thanks again to everyone involved..

I found the customer service with my sales person Robyn to be very efficient and personable and went the extra effort to meet my needs as I live 5 hours away. I am sure at times she was assisting me when she was not working indicating to me dedication. I found the same excellent customer service with the financing end with Ashley. I would recommend and deal with Selkirk GM again.

Best car buying experience yet! Anthony and Chris L made every step of what can be a painful process, an absolute breeze and enjoyable. From helping us pick the perfect truck and ensuring it had everything we wanted or could want all while breaking down the financials and keeping us right where we wanted to be. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we love the new truck! We are actually looking forward to our next vehicle purchase and there’s no question who we will be going to for it. Had a great experience purchasing a new Colorado. They made it quick and easy. From Britt the sales rep to the finance Dept and the sales manager. Very professional and they found they vehicle that was a perfect match for us! No pressure sales tactics, she just worked to give us options and find the one that worked for us.

Selkirk GM is honestly one of the best places to buy a vehicle. They make the process smooth. Dale is a great finance guy, super friendly, and looking out for what's best. I appreciate that always! Robyn was my sales and she made the experience a lot better. Buying a car can be very stressful but Robyn made that experience so wonderful.It may have taken from June to December to get into my vehicle but it was made to my liking and I've never been happier in a vehicle before. This is my second time buying a vehicle from Selkirk GM. Hats off to you guys!
