The Fillmore Detroit

I love this venue. You can get up nice and close if you want but anywhere in the venue is a good seat. If you want a seat you can pay extra at the venue to upgrade your seat to balcony. Just talk to the box office attendant or the guy that guards the stairs. The drinks are high like all music venues but nothing like Pine Knob or Little Caesars. There's never really much of a line for drinks too.

After seeing a show here this year in February - will not return unless management is changed. To purchase $300+ for a pair of tickets and have such a negative experience, so disappointed.Moderate to poor seating for the tix price, security was unreasonable and unhelpful, ushers were useless and used our personal phone for their flashlight. In downpouring rain, umbrellas had to be left outside on the sidewalk only to be gone upon exit. IDs were checked in the pouring rain outside. Made to wait in the entrance in freezing cold, wet weather. People were soaked. Most who attended the show were dressed for a nice evening out - as should be expected at a burlesque show. It wasn't a rock show. We expected better manners and consideration.

This was my first time in Detroit and the Fillmore was AWESOME!!Really cool and interesting structure, they had a bar up from the main stage, and an outside smoking area for intermission and whatnot.Also the bathrooms were big, and quite clean.There was nothing bad about it for me.

The venue is nice. The staff was great. The show was great. However, Charging people $5 for a water is absolutely ridiculous. Not only that I wasn’t allowed to buy a cup of water, it had to be “Liquid Death” in a can. Which on its own is a over charged can of water. I would be fine with with the option of that and a cup of water. You have tons of options for alcohol and pop. I don’t drink. I want some water to stay hydrated so I don’t pass out in your venue, and I don’t want to pay $5 per water to prevent that. I tried to bring a single Un-opened water inside with me when I got there, and was told to throw it out at the gate. It’s also super inconvenient to be a cashless venue. Came in with $20 and never spent it because I wasn’t allowed to. Thanks for the show, I’ll be skipping this venue in the future.

Saw lil wayne here April 11, so wonder. Bars on each floor, barely any lines, moves fast. Best experience ever. Especially seeing Wayne live *faint* definitely can't wait to go back

The building is a piece of art in itself. Great concert experience

My wife Dawn and I drove from ky to see Elle King. What an awesome venue. Great crowd great staff and it was so pretty in there. Wow!

Music sounded good, bar staff were super nice.Paid for general admission tickets, it costs $20 if you want to sit down in a seat.Was not told vapes were not allowed and was yelled at by staff for using one when no one was aware.$5 for a water, $10 for mixed drink, $10 for a shot.
