The company have a very high standard. Some of the securities have none whatsoever, no training, no professionalism, no character one called AJ at 180 Chalkfarm Drive who using double standard on Tennant and visitors a security job is not about race or color and who u know and who u don't know. I myself is a security, he is the worst I've ever see, how did he attained a license? it seem like he cleaned a pig pen for it, you don't demand respect you earn it. Putting on a Logic security shirt doesn't make one above any one else, it simple called respect find a bin put this piece of garbage and don't want to ever come in contact with this animal ever again.

I contacted Idealogical for Mac Support. I needed to backup data (mostly MP3's for my Event Planning business) as well as general IT consulting because I can't have my Macs failing at a large event! Spoke to Daniella who was great and they sent an IT guy, Alwyn, (I think?) who came to my office in Markham for onsite IT tech support. Altogether easy to deal with, definitely recommend these guys...

Everyone that I have had the pleasure with working with from the Idealogical team has been overwhelmingly helpful and understanding. They're not your typical IT support team. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are 100% ramped up with all setups from integrations to email support to server updates. They also have a timely support ticketing system wherein they use all means necessary to make sure that your issue we being tended to efficiently.
