Carly and Jon have worked with me several times for different needs but the same great service.Carly worked with me at Altea, their new spacious and facility. She designed a program that gradually increased my strength, flexibility and balance while decreasing pain and inflammation. I could see improvement in just a week. Carly is absolutely fantastic...I have had 2 bad concussions and the treatment and guidance I received helped gain a part of my life back....Carly truly cares about her patients. John is excellent and his experience in physiotherapy is top notch.. Jen (receptionist) always smiling and making you feel at home.Great atmosphere and just overall caring place

I came to Altea by physician referral. I was so pleased by the sessions I received from John and the assistants. They are all professional and friendly and I am so glad I came. John spoke to me about my issues in a language that I could understand and not in only medical terms. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. I left always feeling better than I arrived in body and mind. Laughing happens! Also Jen at the front desk has a warm welcoming personality to make you feel at home. 100% recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience with Altea Physiotherapy+Wellness. Very friendly atmosphere. The service I received from RMT Kelly Morgan was outstanding. She is so friendly and professional, helped ease all my concerns, and has done wonders for treating my chronic back pain. Highly recommend!

Reception was friendly and approachable. Offices were spotlessly clean. On time for appointments too! Carly takes time to explain everything in great detail, ensuring I was aware of everything. The results of my vertigo treatments are amazing AND a follow up phone call 24 hours later to check on my progress!!Thanks to all!

Best physio in town hands down! The knowledge and genuine care they all give to their clients is beyond exceptional. Highly recommend. Also on Fridays their dog Cracker visits for the day and is joy to see.
