What a horrible experience. I was waiting for a Costco delivery and received a call the day before saying that i should expect it the next day with a 1 hour heads up phone call. The lady on the phone also confirmed for me that they would be dropping the delivery just inside my door. Great, i thought.... Early afternoon the next day, i received a call from the delivery drivers (using their personal phones for some reason), saying they'd be here in 15 minutes.... Ok... Then they didn't show up for almost 2 full hours. Is GPS not provided to your drivers?Next, they parked their truck completely blocking my next door neighbors driveway for no reason. There was plenty of room to park alongside the lawn. I already received 1 angry complaint from said neighbor.They then insisted on dropping the delivery in my garage even though I specifically requested and confirmed that they would drop inside my front door. They said it was too heavy..... What would've happened if i had selected the Room of Choice" service. They had no answer for this other than saying it's too heavy. I was left to scramble to open up enough space in my garage.The wooden box the product came in was beyond damaged

1 star because 0 isn't an option. Had a rather expensive package damaged in shipping. Proof of the item from the seller was present before being shipped and was in good condition. Item recieved was absolutely destroyed, been told for 2 weeks the claim would be looked after. 5 employees later I am to wait another week to HEAR if anything is going to be done about my package. Highly recommend choosing a different shipping co.

I also am giving a 1 star because 0 is not an option.They delivered someone else’s order from the same company to my house and now claim my order is “missing” and we need to file a claim.How convenient that it was picked up by Day and Ross from a warehouse and it has been in their possession ever since and now they do not have it. Hope the employee who took it home is enjoying it at my expense. Avoid this company at all cost.

Today they delivered my package in a great shape and condition...their 2 delivery drivers were so nice, friendly and so helpful! they called me 45 minutes ahead before they arrived to our place and its an amazing experience..I got so worried a day before coz the lady who called me to set up the schedule for delivery day wasn't so accommodating with my situation and also the reviews that I've read about this company..but thankfully I had a great experience..appreciated so much ,Godbless and more power guys..keep up the great work!

Never use this transport company. You cannot get through on the phone half the time. If you get through you are on hold for 15 minutes. A customer asked us to ship a part to him on his account. It's been 1 week and they still haven't picked up the skid. That's why we use Manitoulin, London to Toronto in 24 hrs.

Worst shipping company! Beware! We have wasted too many hours on the phone this past week trying to get them to pick up our shipment that has already been paid for. We call every day and every day we are told this would be picked up and everyday it sits on the dock waiting for this pathetic company to pick it up. It has been a week now, if you run a business and your shipments are important to run on schedule DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Complete trash company that Walmart uses. Scheduled me twice for pickup and never showed up. What kind of practice is this company even following. Total trash and trash service.You want my order #?Well here you go 3742344008217

BEWARE!! Do not trust this company with your shipments!! We called last week for a pick up, paid our bill and waited for our shipment that was expected the next day. A week goes by and this company STILL has not picked up our shipment. Our supplier is calling us wonderering what is going on and this company continues to give us the run around saying they’re too busy! Well then stop taking shipments if your so busy that you are a week and a half behind on pick ups. Or you just blatantly lie to your customers! Either way, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Should change their name to Day & Loss. Called day before to give me a 8am to 5pm delivery window. They shipped from 1 hour away. They should know the order of deliveries on the route to narrow that down (I worked as a truck delivery driver for 16 years) It’s now 7:30pm as I write this with no word from drivers or dispatch. Cust service phone closed at 5pm.

Do not use! Refuses to accept responsibility for damage in transit. I recently ordered a retail fixture that arrived damaged. The damage was caused by mishandling the product in the truck, and they are leaving me on the hook for the damage. Unacceptable. I suggest trying someone else.
