The best service I have received in a while. Took my watch in to get it sized, took like 3 mins , very professional and amazing customer service.I won't be going anywhere else from now on for any jewelry needs.

Took my watch in for some repairs and a cleaning. When I received the watch back, their watch repairer had removed the watch's logo from the back of the movement while cleaning. My watch has an glass backing so you can see the movement.If you have nice watches, I wouldn't risk it with Faithful Jeweller's watch repair person.

I snagged a ring and bent it out of shape and felt the stone loosen in its setting. I took it in for a repair and they did it on the spot and didn’t charge me for it. She was transparent with me that the stone was likely to loosen over time as the structure of the ring had been altered so to keep an eye on it. I will surely bring it back in when it requires a repair!

Friendly staff, wonderful customer service. Fit me in to get my ring sized before a special event. It looks so good and the price was amazing too. So nice to come to a Jeweler who actually has a goldsmith on staff. They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry. I will be back!

These guys are really great! They resized and inscribed our wedding bands,and when there was a miscommunication about ring sizing and gold plating on my ring they fixed the issue for me overnight and for free in time for my wedding day. I am so glad I went to them!

Great service and fair prices. I've had watch batteries replaced, watches repaired and a grandfather clock serviced here. Always great to deal with willing to help. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with.

I was searching for a great place to have my young daughter’s ears pierced and the team at Faithful Jeweller was fabulous. Cleanliness, a calm and caring environment, and professionalism were the key factors I was looking for and they met and exceeded all of these. Would highly recommend if looking for a children’s piercing provider.
