Appliance Scratch and Dent

Drove 1/2 hour to see the store as it looked promising! Upon arrival was completely ignored by staff. Not even greeted. Left and bought my appliance where someone appreciated the business.

I am honestly surprised that they are still in business despite their worst customer service and lack of respect toward their customers in addition to overly priced appliances. I wasted over an hour to drive to their shops as online pics of the store were looking promising. Only few overpriced appliances to chose from. BIG red Flag - only 30 days warranty on NEW Appliances" but you may purchase additional 1 year warranty (Its common to have a min 1 year warranty for new appliances from the manufacturer) Employees or owners - whoever were working there were not even happy to see clients walking in their shop. Guy who was working there got off from his chair after 7 mins (compared to max 10 seconds for other sales persons in appliance store) and we had to say hello and ask about appliance we were looking for. Further conversation just confirmed that he was not interested in selling. Based on the overall behavior

We went in to look for a fridge, Tim was helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great personality that made us comfortable! I would recommend going there for kitchen appliances all day long!! Thank you Tim!!

I cannot say enough about the customer service at this store! We originally went in looking for appliances for our rental property, and Mike actually talked us out of it, saying that the housing market is so hot right now, it would be a waste of money. We appreciated his honesty so much that we decided to purchase all new appliances for our own house instead! The prices are fantastic! I received a call 30 minutes before they arrived. The delivery guys, Bob and Carlos were absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond the call of “delivery guys”! They were so genuinely concerned about the proper set up of our appliances, and teaching me all the technical aspects, making sure even the stove was level! They had a hell of time getting our old appliances out the door, but they never gave up!! I will recommend this group of of guys for anyone that is buying! Amazing!!!

Customer service was excellent, prices are fantastic and even the delivery was great! Highly recommended it to everyone!

The staff at Appliance Scratch and Dent are my HEROES. They perform miracles! We sold our house and two days before closing my washing machine died quite spectacularly. I needed a new machine to be delivered and installed the following day. The stars aligned and Tim pulled out all the stops. He not only found me a brand new machine but could also provide delivery the next day. It arrived when they said it would and Bob who did the install were extremely professional and courteous. I definitely recomend this company - 5-star service!

We got our fridge here. Amazing customer service beginning to end and delivery was a pleasure, the guys were amazing! Careful of both the appliance and my home. They reviewed the basics of how to use my new appliance, Reviewed the warranty. The told me when to replace my purifier and where to buy replacements. So thorough! Everything is going great!!

Our machine tapped out this morning. It was at least 8 years old.We were in the showroom, and had purchased our machine around 10:30 am.By 3 pm, same day, new machine is installed, and old machine is gone.Every one was kind, professional and made sure to tell us everything we needed to know, and the delivery guys also started it to make sure it worked, endured it was level, and took the time to go over everything they could think of and made sure we asked and questions.Super satisfied, and incredibly grateful. I can wash clothes again!

This was the best appliance shopping experience ever. There is a good selection. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are amazing! Our refrigerator was delivered, as promised. The techs were incredible. Can’t say enough good! We will be back!

Great products and professional installation.This company does not sub-contract out their delivery service. What a relief! That alone is almost worth the price of the appliance.Highly recommended.
