Went to this winery on Sunday morning around 11am with my sister. Besides it being beautiful, the service was fantastic. We had a guy with blond, curly-ish hair. He was so friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Made the experience great!

Great winery ! Great staff ! Great atmosphere ! We went there not expecting much difference from the other wineries around…. Boy were we wrong ! Jonah accompanied us during our wine tasting ans gave us a bit of history about the winerie, the owners, etc. Combined with their sister winerie, The Hatch, they offered us the best wine tasting experience and have superior quality and tasting wines ! Very well done ! Everyone, I encourage you to visit The Black Swift ! You won’t regret it !

Today I visited Black Swift. I live here in the Okanagan and work in the hospitality industry. I brought my family from Ontario who have spent much time in the Niagara Wine region. I wanted them to see some of my favourite wineries in the area. Although some of the wines were not to the tasting preferences of all of my family, Jonah did an exceptional job pivoting to the taste profiles they expressed. He was extremely patient and attentive, even though he was all over the winery with big groups. Really great job Jonah! Thank you very much for your great service today.

I was shocked, as a regular JPC customer, to have a negative experience at Black Swift today. It was my first visit to Black Swift, and the server only provided screaming frenzy blended wines except for one merlot at the end (no option to actually try the single varietals, which was the main reason I came). And then when I asked about the half price deal for screaming frenzy, as advertised on the Black Swift website, the server laughed at me and gaslighted me as if I was making a joke. I was asking a serious question, but was blown off and charged full price. I felt stupid the way she reacted. I felt I overpaid and I left frustrated.

Great experience here, the staff were all lovely and very accommodating of our dog on the hot day. Wines were all awesome, love the screaming frenzy line but the Black Swift wines were the stand out. Nice space outside, good amount of shade.
