I am not usually writing this kind of review but I am so happy to write this because James is the Best! I ask few of other companies to do the estimate and one place never call me back, few places gave me high price. One place told me they are fully booked until June or July. One day, I saw James working on my neighbour house. I want to ask him couple questions and get estimate. He came to my house on same day I contacted him. When I asked some questions, he was very knownlegeable and kind. I can see the confidence in his face.Quick response,honesty, and professionalism caught my mind and I ask him to install our AC. Also, his price was the best too! After his work done, he was honest about I don't need to call company to do maintanace offen if I do good care of myself.He promise me 1 year warranty too. I am lucky to find Jame so got AC early to get ready for summer before too hot. He is really doing aftercare very well that after he finished our house, he visited my neighbours house again to do quick check up. How wonderful he is! Can't say enough great things about James at Pro Temp. We used them to plan and install a new heat pump solution in our home. Pro Temp worked with us from the start (correct positioning, heat pump selection, electrical requirements, line planning for aesthetics...) all the way through to a completed system. The end product looks great, works great and we feel like we're in good hands for warranty, unit registration and rebates we've applied for. We hired James to install a ductless heat pump for us. James took the time to understand our needs, he made recommendations and then took the time to explain everything about the units to us. He was always punctual for his appointments and the install of the units was handled professionally, efficiently and with integrity. After the install he has answered numerous questions for us and returned several times to go over things and make sure we are satisfied with the product - all on his own time. We love our new heat pump and highly recommend James.
