Hone Fitness Queen & Carlaw

It's one of the original Hone Fitnesses. As such, many of the weight plates are missing pieces of rubber or inner metal rings. That being said, awesome variety of machines, including cardio machines.Two floors, very spacious.

Signed up the gym yesterday. Friendly stuff, good vibe, surprisingly chads are also nice with few lunk, very spacious. Don’t know what’s there to complain..

Its really nice and big, convenient location. The showers/ lockers area needs attention to. Still my favourite place to workout at this time.

Love the Leslieville loft feel to this gym! It's a huge space and there are tons of weight machines and cardio machines. The staff are friendly and there's a vibe of fun in the gym. My only complaint is that I wish it was open a bit earlier on the weekend. Otherwise, it's a fabulous gym.

The gym is ok. Horrible customer service. Won’t let you cancel your membership and harasses you for payment; months after providing notice of cancellation. Do yourself a favour and go to Dwell/ GoodLife

Best worst gym around. Equipment is great if not broken. If it is broken, probably going to take a few months to be fixed.The good:- Can bring a friend- Well priced- Lots of equipmentThe bad:- Weights are everywhere, not in the good way- Broken equipment takes a long time- Use of spray bottle and paper towel to clean instead of a wipe- Staff are pretty picky for what is enforced whenever they feel like it.I recently got called out for warming up for my deadlift upstairs and the staff would not leave until I put the bar and weights away. However, I've seen the same staff ignore people deadlifting three plates, hip thrusting three plates, and all that upstairs.Somethings to note:- To cancel, you have to give a TWO month notice.- If you're planning to sign up, there are sales that give you one free month once a week every month.Unfortunately, I will continue going to this gym until something better for the price comes in the area.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS.I have been a member at this gym for over 5 years, when asked to suspend my membership due to upcoming 3 month travel plans, they ensured me that after I submit the cancellation fee, they would cancel the payments until i reinstate my membership, 3 months after sending the cancellation fee, I happened to noticed they were still charging me 3 months after i cancelled!!! I sent Thaise the proof of accepted cancelation payment and her response was..ok, now we will cancel your payments, I was stunned. This place has horrible customer service and is completely shady. I will never go back here again.

My favourite gym ever and been to a few. Not crowded, huge variety of machines. Almost no waiting time. Nice staff. Cool public. No one bothers you at all.

Just joined this gym. Love it! But could you clean your mirrors please and keep them clean?

The actual gym is fine. Had one treadmill randomly shut off on me in the time spawn of 4 years.The business practices they've used over COVID and their general cancellation fee for non-committed members is unacceptable. If you get the non commitment plan which you pay extra. Why would you think you pay extra, well under the assumption that you can quit at will, Non-commitment" Right? Wrong
