ALKA was very helpful in helping me solve my moms flight issues and getting her back home in the middle of all of this craziness. She remained in contact, was responsive and very professional. She went above and beyond in helping get my mom back home and appreciate all of her efforts. Would recommend her and this agency to anyone who wants assurance they are not just another customer and will be taken care of.

Called this facility and got the worst woman customer service representative, when asked for the deals for tickets she responded in worst possible manner , she was so rude , when I said I saw different price on website and what you are offering is way more than that , she literally said then book from there

The disrespectual aunty was no help. She tried selling me a 1200$ flight from yyz to instabul for 2000 and then when I asked her to find me a cheaper flight as I was flexible on the dates she told me she couldn’t do that. What’s the point of using a flight agents service if they can’t even guide you through your trip. Horrible service !
