Comfort Blinds & Screens - Motorized Shades

Chris installed a rolling blind on a wide window, a retractable screen door and Hunter-Douglas light-blocking shades (with light-blocking tracks). He was very helpful with making choices and very patient while I made my choices. His installation was excellent - he is a perfectionist and takes great pride in a job well-done.What is most amazing is how hard Chris worked to solve a problem with the H-D shades. The light-blocking tracks are a relatively new technology. These shades do NOT stay down nice and tight at the bottom, even though his installation was perfect. It is a defect in the H-D design. Chris pushed H-D for solutions, and they offered a few that weren't really going to do the job. Chris came up with a solution. Problem solved, blinds perfect, and my teenager has no trouble sleeping in. Thanks Chris, for going the extra mile on that.I wholeheartedly recommend Comfort Blinds and Screens.

Owner Chris really takes his time going through all possible selections with you and is very nice & professional to deal with. After my new blinds were installed, he checked back in after awhile to see if I was happy.I told him the cords on the blinds seemed very hard to pull for some reason, and he had Hunter Douglas replace them with no problem at all. I’m very happy at his responsive he is, and his objective to help make sure his customers are happy.

We are changing our review!!! We initially had a hard time reaching Chris and I think there was a glitch somewhere...but we did manage to get a hold of him and we are very pleased with the service. He knows his stuff and gave a lot of great recommendations. Also nice quality blinds. You won't be disappointed with Comfort Blinds.

You can't go wrong with getting blinds from Chris and Comfort Blinds. Lots of choices and a professional installation at a reasonable cost. I had a problem with one blind and it was replaced within days with no hassle. I will use their service again and recommend them if you need blinds or window coverings.

I needed screens to be installed in my highrise apartment for the hot weather, and Chris provided an absolutely wonderful service. He quoted the cost (very reasonable) and installed the screens within the same week!
