Theywere kinda slow and when I ordered a meal offered on my app I was asked what size coffee. I told them the offer came with small and they said it was same price no matter the size. After receiving my bill it was more for the bigger cofffees.

Your management staff desperately need some customer service training. Standing in front of the counter, no hello can I be of assistance. Just looked at me and walked away.Guess location means you have to take what you can find for staff.

Store was clean and tidy. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and got a double Big Mac. The staff was slow. Guy poured my drink and then proceeded to chat with another employee while holding my drink and I was waiting. Food was hot though when I ate it in the truck. So not so bad.

Messed up my burger not once but twice once right after another and then the third time was disgusting ichred staff manager hung up the phone on me when I asked him to replace it again and I said I send them pictures chicken nuggets could have been bounced off the wall french fries were cold sat there for 10 minutes on the back counter disgusting and I'm pretty ridiculous

Staff is rude and messedup my burger. I asked for cheese burger for my family with no meat it. They not only given me burger with meat but when asked them to fix it, they simply refused to do and asked to pay again. I have to thrown away $11 worth of burgers as i cannot consume. Staff is very rude to customers

Waited 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge my existence, then waited another 10 minutes to receive my order even though other people were getting their orders they made after me. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Don’t stop there if you’re in a hurry.

First off, it was hot as hell in that dining room. I'm not sure if the ac was broken or if they don't want to pay to run it. My mcchicken was hard, which I have never experienced before. It was one of the worst Mcdonald experiences for me.
