If I could give this company a below zero rating I would. Had a reservation booked for over a week. Less than 24 hours of pick up, they call to cancel my reservation with no explanation. Simply there is no cars available and there is nothing we can do". Didn't offer any other arrangements

Would give more stars if I could!! I live very close by and this location is a blessing! Especially Rachel! She is the star here. She always manages to find me a car and is super accommodating and just in general a fabulous person to deal with! Out of all downtown car rentals, I will continue to book a car here.

The car wasn't ready for the day that I booked the car. He called me 30 mins before I pick up the car" just to tell me they don't have a car.Next day the guy said that he called 5 times to tell me the car was ready (I didn't have any missing calls or voice message on my phone from him) The company has my email and my phone #)

I recommend !Service was great , the Tesla I rented was fully charged , clean inside and outside . When we réalised that our luggage wouldn’t fit , the manager accomodated me with the Y model and it was also clean , charged and ready within 15 minutes .they are located heart of downtown which made it easier for us .Will definitely rent from them when I’m back In town

Car was fine, staff was nice, but I was able to leave with my car about 2h after the scheduled time. I was first told it would be 30 minutes late, then 15, that the car was on its way, etc. I would've cancelled earlier and took an Uber if they had given me more accurate time because I was in a hurry and only accepted to wait based on their time estimates.They did say they would pay for my gas as an apology, which is why I'm not giving a 1 star.Car was clean and as expected otherwise.

Takes forever to check out a car. 30 minutes per person is way too long. I showed up at 8 and by 9:10 am I had to call my client and let him know that I would be late. He then cancelled the appointment. We lost business because of the slow service.

Not very used to rent a car, but the service was really friendly, agent Walid is a very nice fellow. The cars we got were very clean and in superb conditions.
