Absolutely terrific experience using George for my home inspection. George took me through the home to point out small things, and as a first time home buyer this was incredibly helpful. He sat down with me after inspecting each floor to tell me what he found. I then received a booklet and a pdf file with pictures and suggestions. He is incredibly thorough, professional and super personable. He went above and beyond, fitting his schedule with mine, and continued to answer my questions after the home inspection was complete. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home inspector.

We used George for our home inspection on our first home purchase. He was amazing ! We had a very short time to complete conditions on the house.We contacted George and he moved his schedule around to make it happen for us ! Not only did he come out on a Sunday but he also drove 3 hours to make sure our home inspection was complete and gave an in-depth description of some minor discrepancy . Following our home inspection we received a detailed report with photos. We would recommend George any day and will use him again.

George and his team made themselves available on short notice. They were very thorough in their home inspection and provided a detailed report with pictures which is extremely useful to make the critial decision about buying property and in longer term to maintain it. High recommended!

George was extremely helpful throughout the pre-purchase inspection process for our first home. He was incredibly thorough and inspected every little element, even the things that we didn't think would be important.He provided all of the information in a take-home checklist report, and followed up with photos and details of all of the things he found, with recommendations for fixes. He even advised on the approximate pricing for repairs. This helped us tremendously, because it influenced our purchasing decision. We identified that the home we were initially looking at was not worth the costs involved to make it safe and comfortable for us. This resulted in us declining the purchase, which lead us to finding another beautiful home, which we are so much happier with! George also did the pre-purchase inspection for that home as well, and showed us how it was in great condition overall, which was very reassuring!
