Driver was great!Price was no where close to quote. $50 off. Get better at “quoting” a customer. $20, sure no problem. A red bill more then the quote. Crazy. We can do better.

Beware!! Fraud!! They have a similar name as keys to us but they are not the same company!! Make sure you are calling the right company and dont give a credit card!

DO. NOT. USE.absolutely terrible driving. drivers do not use GPS and miss exits. expects intoxicated individuals to be navigators - then charge you almost double in the end. second vehicle (female driver) did not follow behind and ended up multiple highway exits ahead of us. female driver (red SUV) swore and screamed at my boyfriend - threatened to call police after just about doubling the cost of the “quote” given when booking. all around, i’d give a zero if I could.highly recommend walking 100km home, before booking this service. disgusting.

The customer service was great. The drivers did a great job for driving a far distance (keswick to Newmarket) for a wedding party . Thank you for the DD service!

used this service after tryin TTDD. what a difference. my car is a standard and the driver drove it as well as i could. the other company just about destroyed my clutch and he made sure to hit every pot hole. will only use this service going forward

Do not put any trust in this company. Pre-booked a pickup for 12.30 AM, was initially advised pickup would be closer to 1 AM. By 2 AM, called them and was advised a driver would be arriving in 45 minutes. They left us completely stranded in a dark parking lot for nearly two hours outside of a closed venue. When their driver contacted me after my call at 2 am, more than an hour past our scheduled time, he had the nerve to tell me I needed to cancel “right away” if I made other arrangements home so he could do other pickups. Now having to pay an Uber and risk leaving my vehicle in a random lot where it could be towed. Do not risk ruining your night. Make other arrangements

If your car is a standard stay away. I had to tell my driver when to shift gears and give directions. Will not use again.

Top notch service! Mel & Rob were absolutely amazing ! Stomach still hurts from laughing ! Can’t say enough about this ride. Kudos to you guys! The world needs more people like you!
