CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

Not the best experience. I wanted to deposit a bank draft and guy on the counter took me to the ATM machine then he realized that the service can not be done as I am depositing it in another account. I told him that you should have done it for me from the start with less time.

What a terrible branch. No help. No returned calls ever, even though their message states they will return your call before the end of the day. Been banking with CIBC for 40 years and never had such terrible service at a CIBC branch. Shameful display of business practice.

I have three CIBC banks near where I live. Out of all of them, this one has the best professional and costumer friendly employees. I did had some somewhat untrained people that took care of me, but rather than bs around me, they just ask for assistance as soon as the subject is out of their field of expertise. I got everything I needed done and without trouble. I think I will only be dealing with them from now on.

Worst costumer service ever. I am standing in front of counter. Lady was so rude I went there 2 weeks ago to get an appointment for credit card but they said we can book your appointment but I didn’t get any call And then i go back there i just ask her can you just gave me appointment but she said we are fully booked for next 2 days we can’t do any thing. In that mean time there’s an other family just came and they askFor appointment and they gave them an appointment. I ask the lady can i get appointment because you gave them appointment and then she said sorry sir that was our last appointment there is no way i go there first she asked me we are fully booked and they gave them an appointment. Very bad experience old staff was Nice and new staff are very rude. Just go another bank instead of this derry and bronte branch. Do not recommend this place.

This is NOT a bank" as you cannot do any "banking" here. A completely ridiculous concept and a waste of space. There are no humans here to provide traditional "banking" services

Worst and I mean the worst banking location I have ever attended in my life. You will not get a hold of someone even if you leave non stop voicemails.

They are extremely unprofessional people. Asked me a question why do I need my “own” money. What is this used for? No one is supposed to ask this from their customer. It was my bad decision to open account here. Don’t waste ur time, everyone deserves better things!!!!

What kind of bank" doent accept or dispense cash? What a waste of space. Anything accomplished here could easily be done online. Dispense money or close you are needlessly wasting the monthly fees you collect and damaging shareholder returns."

They replaced all the tellers with machines, and there is only one person running this place. We had to wait years for service, and this is the worst place for banking. Never ever go here. If you are going to replace people with machine, make it convenient. It's the worst. If I could give negative million rating, I will.

Had a complaint to the Manager at this location Ankur his customer service skills are extremely poor he takes care of customers that he spoke to after me. I had a issue with a transaction that was not completed so I got charged twice. His colleague made me wait 25 minutes to speak to him about this issue after waiting on hold and them calling the toll free Cibc line they did not end up crediting my own money back they even told me after waiting 40 minutes that I have to leave because there closed now and then told me they would notify me the next day the verdict. I called this location several times and they are not answering there phone now I find this extremely disrespectful and understand that this is not how you treat a customer since 2010. I have filed a complaint with Cibc on this incident and will recommend that if you do your banking here please drive down the street to other locations in Milton or visit the branch manager David Soares in Georgetown which I should of done because this branch Manager Ankur has a attitude and needs to learn customer service skills!!!!
