I recently hired the service from Arc Surveys Ltd to do the RPR as I was referred by my friend. The whole process was smooth. They gave me the appointment according to the timeline they offered in the beginning. I didn't need to be there on the service day. I received my RPR through email the following day after they came to my property. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. I chose to submit for the City compliance stamp by myself. However, the price they offered is in line if not lower with every other quote I got elsewhere. I am happy with their service.

Selling my house and needed to get a new RPR done up. From the moment I spoke with Molly at ARC over the phone to getting the RPR all done up and ready for compliance, it was all within days and I was also given the option to file for compliance with the city myself which would save me some money. Out of all competitors, ARC charges the least and pricing was totally reasonable. Everything is done and communicated professionally and ultra-efficiently. Molly is the ambassador and ARC is very lucky to have her. Would absolutely recommend ARC! Thanks for the job very well done.
