Absolutely fantastic experience at Espace Plomberium in St Jérôme. Audrey Laplante helped us with our bathroom and kitchen needs. She is personable, dedicated to customer excellence and took the time to understand what we were looking for. In addition she found us incredible promotions! Our experience with the staff at St Jerome Plomberium can only be expressed as excellent! Customer service is beyond exceptional - genuine, courteous with customer needs held in the highest regard. Questions are answered quickly and corrective action taken where needed in a timely manner. A special shout out to Audrey for her professional and personal approach. She made our experience enjoyable from start to end. Also to management staff - Isabelle. The personal approach she takes to address concerns and customer questions permeates through her team. From our observation and experience, very good team alignment, focus and purpose. I spoke with an Associate, Mr. Leboeuf in early July to order few products. The submission was completed within minutes of having spoken on the phone, and my my, he was incredibly Genuine in his tone and approach. Through every step of the process, he exchanged e-mails with me to make sure that I don't miss out on any lateness. Today I received my order and everything went smooth. I had no idea of anything to do with plumbing. I was helped by the nicest gentlement, Francois-Xavier. He took his time and he explained all that I did not understand. He's fun, made me laugh and he took away the stress of doing something I never done before. In the end I got exactly what I did not know I wanted!! The recptionist Audrey helped me alot too! They're really a good team thank you !!! :)

J’ai acheté un robinet de très haute qualité à cet endroit . après plusieurs années malheureusement j’ai eu des problèmes. Isabelle a été absolument fantastique pour m’aider à commander sans frais des pièces outre-mer qui était discontinuées à Montréal. Super service Isabelle! Merci beaucoup!
