I did my homework for weeks before calling this clinic. I was very surprised on my first call, they quoted the prices without trying to sell me anything. You can get the first week without obligation to buy more, and they do not try to sell anything. I went exactly one week ago for my first appointment and I was super impressed with the the whole process. I am 50 year old female, and one week later I have lost 7lbs, and I only weighed 161 lbs to start! I met Shannon yesterday, and she was great, she answered all my questions. I never feel rushed with the nurses. I met dr. Yesterday, he says I will meet my goal in 4 weeks based on my results and ketone burning...what?? I was thrilled beyond belief!!! I have never been able to do low calorie, or fasting, or low carb on my own without suffering side effects of electrolyte imbalance, moody, low energy, etc. This first week I have no side effects, and I have energy that I didn't have before. I like all the nurses I have met so far, and I love the program, I would recommend to anyone who is struggling to try it.

The Manager Shannon is extremely rude. The staff other then her is helpful and friendly. The program is great however if possible do yourself a favor and go to a different location.If you are curious who the manager is she is the one who never smiles, never says good morning and who never misses an opportunity to be confrontational with clients in person or on the phone.

This is a fabulous location easy to get to and find parking. The staff is very kind and attentive. There is usually enough nurses staffed to get through quick . Both myself and two other ppl I know have used this location and are very happy both with the outstanding results as well as service !
