I know someone personally that worked there, they have terrible management, vapes are defective and they will give you a hard time on getting a return talking from experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

GO TO VAPOURS CANADA INSTEAD!!! not shopping here ANYMORE! i ordered a vape. They got me the wrong color and as i sat in the parking lot it bugged me after looking at it. So i asked if i could exchange for the correct color to be ordered and was told no by the owner because the film wasnt on the box anymore and i had bought almost $100 worth of other stuff. No care for customer retention

Excellent customer service. The guy working today was super honest and told me exactly how it is. He didn't push sales or anything. This will be my new store to shop at. Really nice shop with a great selection of stuff. Super happy they opened one in Oshawa. Cheers
