City View Cruise - Ste. Marie 1

I hosted a joint birthday party for my husband's and son's milestone birthdays on July 10th. Brian was great to work with, very accommodating and friendly. He and his staff were professional, helpful and courteous and created a wonderful experience for all of the adults and children on board. They were particularly caring of our senior parents. The boat itself was perfect for our group- we had about 40 guests, and there was tonnes of space for them to spread out and enjoy different aspects of the covered open-air deck upstairs, the lounge and open bow area downstairs. It was great that we could bring our own food, and the cost of the charter as well as drinks were very reasonable. Kudos to Brian and the team for operating such a great vessel and for helping us to create such wonderful memories!

Staff was very friendly/outgoing and the tour was informative! This boat has two levels, and the first level has a bar. It travels pass Toronto & 14 islands at a steady pace giving you time to take many photos and videos. Good pricing as well ($42.84 for 2 adults, 1 student)

Captain Brian and crew were wonderful with our group. We had over 100 people spread across two trips and he even went back to pick up a late passenger! Excellent service. Boat is clean and includes a stocked bar that accepts debit/credit/cash for drinks and snacks. Highly recommend.

Our group had a really nice tour around the lake at sunset. Captain and crew were great, they also have a small bar aboard.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The cruise guide even took a picture for us at the front of the boat where the view is better. The boat goes around the islands not just in the big waters. Highly recommend.

Insincere business ethics.This was the most disappointing purchase I've ever made through Groupon.+30 degree, bright and sunny.While all the other city harbour cruises were running, this one decided to stay closed and no update or notice on the website.They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Pls beware.Attached is a photo of their parked cruise at the harbor.People must do due diligence before booking online city cruises in Toronto. Small time vendors like these work based on their own convenience.I was there with family last Sunday and again today afternoon, and they were closed without notice.Best arrive and purchase on the spot.There are a few same price range options to pick from. One can see and then pick!.

Smooth and scenic ride across the lake. Two levels, alcohol served on the bottom level. Staff are very friendly and offered a hand to passengers. Upper level is quite open, great for photos. Not wheelchair accessible.

All were nice, but if it’s your first time visiting don’t drop off at the island unless you went early, we got a time frame of two hours and actually it needs more time specially with kids and in weekends we couldn’t reach the boat back and complete the tour.

The family had a wonderful time with City View Cruise and would like to thank Captain Brian (and team) of Ste. Marie 1 for their generous hospitality and enthusiasm towards the guests.My siblings and I were on our way to the dock but got stuck in downtown traffic -- ultimately missing the last ride of the day by 10 minutes. My mother, father, and sister were already onboard and, as the ship left dock, were disappointed we missed the ride and could not enjoy together. After finishing up his route and upon hearing this, Captain Brian and the team decided to hold one more trip so that the entire family could enjoy one together.Truly memorable. Standing close to the bow with the Toronto skyline lit up at night was breathtaking. Thank you so much Captain Brian / team! Will definitely recommend and hope to see you all again :)
