Bluenotes

I went in the other day and a girl approached me and I thought she was gonna say hello or greet us in some way, but instead she said “just so you know we close in 5 minutes.” Such horrible customer service really! So basically she wanted us to get the hell out so she could leave once the mall closed. The doors were half way pulled up, even though the it was 5ish minutes before close. Way to make people feel unwelcomed. She didn’t even try to help us or anything. And just to highlight how I know her attitude was wrong, I left bluenotes and went across the way to Saje and this was now about a minute or 2 before close, and the woman was so nice and helpful, smiling and made us feel comfortable. We left the moment the store closed, but it just goes to show how some places have way better staff than others.

God awful service workers. I got a coupon texted to me after I left and went to use it. The lady was so rude she wouldn’t talk to me and the man took over and he also was so rude. They talked about me in their language while I was right there. I use to buy from there all the sudden, I will not be going back. They don’t even greet people when the come in. I’m so upset. Boycotting forsure.

Saw the buy one get one free sign so I went in. Talk about being followed and watched by the Asian guy and the other employees. Can’t even buy my boyfriend a few shirts without all eyes on me. Got asked twice if I need help as if I can’t comprehend shirt sizes or styles.

Great clothing store.

I went to buy jeans for myself and I was looking for my size.The Asian guy rudely asked me to move my baby's stroller.And then I had jean in my hand he asked me to put it back if I don't need.And then after 2-3 minutes I saw he and 2 other asian employees were watching me and talking in a group.One of the worst bluenotes location I've been to.

great customer service.

Very poor customer service. I walked in when there were no other customers in the store and not one of the sales associates acknowledged me, even after making eye contact. I even had to ask one of them if they wouldn’t mind moving aside so I could fit past them with my stroller and they still didn’t even say anything or crack a smile. It was so weird. I had literally just come from another store in the mall thinking how kind and helpful the staff were there and then was just appalled by how rude these ones were in contrast.

Love the Staff! When I couldn’t decide which present to give my BF this tall cute Asian guy went up to me helped me find the perfect fit and size for him. He was very helpful and informative about the store.
