We ordered a cake topper and some custom woodwork from Vancouver Lasercut Co for our wedding. We were so happy with how everything turned out. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and responsive via messages. The quality of their work was top notch, and we would not hesitate ordering from them again. Would highly recommend!

Words can't describe how amazing Vancouver Laser Cut Co is! I contacted Lisa couple weeks before my destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas frantically looking for a cake topper for my wedding cake. She was super easy to work with. I was blown away after seeing my cake topper! On the plus side it made it's way all to Mexico without any issues. My entire experience with Lisa was absolutely incredible. If I could give more stars I would! I highly recomend her and her amazing products you won't be disappointed. I sure wasn't!I was 8.5 months pregnant purchasing stocking tags, dinner tags, and ornaments for first time parents/grandparents and baby who was on the way (gender unknown making plans very difficult). It was her busy season and she went above and beyond for my Christmas needs. Some of what I needed was for after the baby was born. I knew of Viet and Lisa before Vancouver Laser Cut Co.came into fruition. I already knew they were awesome and have heard of their business when they were just starting it. I promised to use their business for our wedding, and boy, did they deliver! I wasn't sure if my ideas for our wedding was in their line of work. But it was and more! They had custom designed our massive 36 woodcut last name which we beautifully displayed on our lounge in our reception. Their customer service is warm and engaging and I ​can tell they put a lot of pride and care into everything they make.Lisa made the time to make sure every detail of my order was exactly how I wanted it. I'm sure she is so busy during this holiday season, but she made time for me and I'm so grateful.I got a custom piece made using a custom logo. I was worried that the logo file I sent her wasn't large enough and wouldn't translate well when enlarged and engraved onto wood. But she made it work!The turnaround time was so fast and when I picked it up (along with some other goodies I ordered from her etsy shop) I was pleasantly surprised with the packaging. My items were placed in a protective packaging and were presented in a professional way.I'm a carpenter and get commisioned to build a variety of things. Often times I'll get someone requesting an engraving onto my builds. Super glad I found a local small business that will help elevate my products. Definitely will be working with them again!
