Foundation Solutions 360

A 40 year old addition on the back of our house started to sink creating drywall cracking and floor sinking. My research lead me to Foundation Solutions 360. The owner, Joe, went above and beyond to answer the multitude of questions I had regarding helical piers. His team of workers were respectful of our home and property. They also made themselves available to explain anything we had questions about when they were working. Thanks to Jake, Joe, Nate, Darryl, & Brandon's hard work, the addition was raised and is protected from future settling. We would recommend Foundation Solutions 360 for any type of foundation work.

F360 has reached out several times to remedy the problem and I updated the review. The property was sold and I've been unable to contact the new owner to have the work completed. Thank you to F360 for the follow up.Don’t pay this company until the job is properly completed. They were supposed to put a proper frame around an exterior crawlspace access after insulating it. At the time of the job, they didn’t have the right materials and had to come back to complete it. Several calls and emails and ‘we’ll get back to you’, and it still isn’t completed a couple of years later…..

Not sure if duplicate review: excellent company. They worked with me and educated me. My basement is bone dry after heavy raise. Not a hint of moly smell Thank you for saving my home.

Mr RaymondI want to tell you that I am appalled that your worker did not show up wearing a mask especially since it is mandatory. I did not let him in. I wore a mask. He went back to his truck to get one and did not have any. I was nice and lucky that I gave him an extra I had. A Mask that had Detroit written on it.I could have very easily sent him back and asked for a refund.I hope this is a one time and your company has a policy in place that everyone has a mask that covers nose and mask.Your company should know better than send someone without a mask.Perhaps the work seems to be well done.However this is 3.5-4.0 rating because of the lack of a mask.I never got a response back from the company

I big thank you to Mitchel and his crew! They worked neatly and professionally in our yard as they encapsulated our crawl space. The crew worked around puppies and grand babies without complaints. Mitchel even called my grandson “boss” and let him “check” his work. Superior service! Thank you!

I had a french drain put in last month, and the guys who came to do the work were respectful and knowledgeable. We get a ton of rain, so they stand behind their lifetime guarantee. Had one small issue and they fixed it on the spot.

Having my foundation leaking water was the scariest nightmare of my life. But Russell was an excellent diagnostician and gave me vivid information for a lay person to understand. He answered all of my questions. He and the crew: Mitchell, Z man as he likes to be called, Dave and Matt C. were punctual, professional and friendly. They were all able to work and still have a sense of humor. I enjoyed the experience. They put down drop cloths as soon as they came in the door. They worked quickly and efficiently, and left my building as clean as they found it. My nightmare is over, and I feel like I can move forward. Thank you!!

Had my full basement interior waterproofed. Andrew and his crew Joel, Jeremy and Darrel did a great job! They were quick and got the job done effectively. When a problem popped up at the tie in, Tony came out and took care of it right away. Overall I feel everything went good and am glad I went with this company. They also had the best pricing from several other quotes. James their sales rep was also very helpful and answered any questions I had. I am sure this solved my waterproofing needs and I feel confident moving forward with my basement. However this repair happened in November and will have to see in the spring or summer during heavy rains that my basement stays 100% dry.

I called Foundation Solutions, they came out quickly, came up with the solution and it was fixed within a few weeks.I am very pleased with the people and their workmanship.Thanks Again,Diane

I can not say enough great things about this company from the first call into getting an estimate from the final completion of the project. Chris helped assist through the process and didn’t sell us things we didn’t need like the other companies that came out. He was professional and friendly and was available even on a holiday weekend! They dealt with the city which wasn’t an easy task. The crew came out when they were supposed and wonderful men who were So thankful for lunch. The supervisors of different projects came out and this company made this process so easy compared to our other contractors. Even asked Chris to pray for our Certification of Occupancy ❤️
