We purchased z 2019 palomino columbus 389fl from John. We live about 850 km from lethbridge and John gave us very fair value for our trade. All went smoothly until we set it up and in 34+ heat the AC would not work. John worked tirelessly trying to fine a mobile RV tech as we did. He located one even when we couldn't and within hours inspected, diagnostic showed unit no good. John authorized the repair and 48 hours later hours later fixedHighly recommend this company
