My husband and I have reached out to Sina from Westmount Electrical Inc. for over three electrical scopes of work from when we moved into our home to various renovations following. We selected Sina after investigating a handful of other electricans because Sina offered the competence of a registered electrician with the addition of excellent communication skills and professionalism. Sina maintained schedule and pricing well and notified us immediately and honestly when things changed; in all cases the changes were reasonable and took into account our schedule. Sometimes he seamlessly pulled in additional help to maintain the schedule. Further, we have recommended Sina to my parents and in-laws and they have had positive experiences for a large indoor electrical reno and a smaller outdoor reno. We also appreciate that Sina follows up with us when he sees us to ensure that we and our parents are satisfied with the electrical work done. Moreover, Sina is invested in training apprentice electricians and their interaction has been pleasant, efficient, and respectful. Finally, Sina is quick to respond to time sensitive voicemail and text messages outside of work hours and make time accordingly while respecting the urgency of the matter and reasonable working hours.
