I'm only using the block for a few weeks, but I can feel my body is changing. The pain in my arm and lower back is way less. My focus is now on my knees so that hopefully I can run again. I'm pretty sure my block will help me. Thank you Tami for all your support, looking forward do the next few classes ! You're a great instructor.

Tami was very knowledgeable and along with assessing my condition and situation she explained what was happening and what would benefit me. I noticed a difference right away after my first visit and she followed up the following day with a text inquiring how I was doing. Highly recommended.

I was so Blessed to hang out and work with Tami in September at our Block therapy Retreat. We spent a day working on each other practicing the Block for Bodyworkers program. She taught me so many great ways to get deeper into my body with the block as well as teaching me what she needed for her body. She is a wealth of knowledge!! The people in the Penticton area have a real treasure! She is a gifted healer. If you want to get to the root of your issues, I would highly recommend Tami.

Tami on a scale of 1 to 10 you are a 12!!!!!!. The best massage/treatment I have ever had. I came in with back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain and left feeling very relaxed and pain free. Tami you are amazing, I am so happy that my massage was a Christmas Present from my family, otherwise I probably would not have come to see you. For anyone who does not know what to give for a present, give a gift certificate for a massage, my present has changed my life, feeling so much better and will be back in a month for another massage.
