I've been in 3 different continents, rented countless apartments but this one is my deepest regret, the worse for lack of better words.They are rude, unprofessional, and send threatening voicemails and emails. When it comes to repairs don't even bother.I would not recommend this agency to anyone who values his time.The rating of 1 is because I am not allowed to give anything less.Please save yourself the headache

All they care about is your rent money on the first of the month. Horrible, it takes an eternity to repair anything, we were without a fonctionning dryer for almost two months and only got it fixed after many messages. I do not recommend renting from this company. They will make you feel like a nobody with their disregard.

Admins are liars and scammers. I signed an agreement to lease a parking garage spot on their 1430 St Marc first floor, it is written in the contract. After payment, it turns out the spot they gave me does not exist at all, and instead told me to use a spot on a lower floor, which has a slope that scratches my car. They completely lied about the parking spot to scam money.

When hopefully ! they improve their urgent services in week days and weekends and the way they answers and treats tenants who ask desperetaly helps for solving problems especially urgent ones especually in edouard montpetit , i will change my score !!Thank you

They are RUDE and not professional and I see everything but not Management !! Very weak services , very low respect and care , super low quality services, I do not see management , it is horrible 2022 in Canada !!!
