We used Rob’s home inspection services twice this fall while purchasing a new home. The first home he inspected came up with multiple issues and we are very glad he alerted us to as it wasn’t something our family was willing to live with or take care of. Rob was an excellent inspector! Without his help we would have potentially purchased a home and needed to sink hundreds of thousands of dollars into the property. Unfortunately he was kicked off the property by the selling agent before he was able to even finish his inspection, but in that short time frame was able to let us know that ALOT of work was needed to even get the house liveable in. It’s a shame that some selling agents deny people the chance to have the home inspection done, but with Rob’s guidance we were able to dodge a bullet and avoid a very expensive and potentially life ruining purchase. Would definitely recommend and will definitely being calling back, if needed!
