Plaza Côte-des-Neiges

To me, the place looks a little bit old but all function very well.

It looks great after the renovation, only the food court is the last part for renewal. Quite a lot of large stores there like Walmart, Canadian Tire, Dollarma etc. The one I love most is Uncle Tetsu

I'm pleasantly surprised. I only walked around for a few minutes, but the mall has improved. It is still a lower end discount mall, but the owners have been beautifying the mall.

The outside of the Plaza looks beautiful, but the inside definitely needs work. Some of the stores well well maintained while others were not. There were wires hanging from the ceiling on the first floor, bags of leaking trash were out on the walk way. I will say the Urban had some very good sales. It looks like the Plaza is under construction, so I hope it looks better soon.

The Biggest advantage for Plaza Cote-des-neiges is its proximity to Montreal downtown, with plenty supply of free parking space. This made it a heaven for people to get the household grocery and other items. Chances are you can find everything you need in your home here. Unfortunately the plaza is in a restoration process and it might take a while before it is completed.

In Plaza, you can find winners, Canadian Tyrese, dollarema, Renaissance, fast food,Chinese supermarkets, and whatever you want... it's really fine

This plaza has almost everything you need for daily life in two floor , Walmart for groceries and Canadian tire for hardware , Dollarama, urban planet , tiger giant and many more units which is unfinished, there is a food court in the basement floor and Gym , barbershops and ... , Also there is some dental walk-in clinic and ,..., The plaza is quite cool during summer and warm during winter, there is a parking behind the plaza and you can park your car there, also it has 4 different entrance, the main entrance is well designed to use by wheelchair and stroller but the plaza has no lift and if you use wheelchair or you have a stroller you can't go downstairs or use food court and public restrooms, the restroom is inside the food court in downstairs and also in Walmart in ground floor, free plaza wifi available for customers beside the wifi provided by Walmart , Canadian tire, urban planet and tiger giant, there is no drinking water available for customers and you need to buy from stores ,

Popular in the region de côte de neige .Has wallmart in there .Barber shop with very pleasant couple running this shop ( Recommended ) .Huge free parking .
