M. Lube + Pneus chez Walmart

I did a complete service to my vehicle (filter change, motor oil, anti rust and tire change). Everything went perfectly fine.I did not have to make an appointment (although I did have to be there before 7:00 am to be able to have a spot during the day). I was the 7th to be attended (they begin to attend in order of arrival at 8:00 am) and they called me at 11:30 am to pick up my vehicle.I highly recommend them

What you would expect from a first come first served service, people were honest and the price was fair. Nobody tried to oversell or do any shady buisness, they did forget my locknut but as a previous mechanic I can sympathize. Would deffinetly recommend and will be returning.

Went there for tires changes (18”) and I was informed it would cost me 140$ before taxes. At the time the service was done, they charged me $202 before taxes! I was told that because it is a different car, they charged 6 tires instead of 4. Unfortunately I’m not happy due to the overprice. I would have chosen a different garage

On the 2nd of June 2023, I went to the mechanic in 9000 , Boul Leduc , Brossard, QC J4Y 0E6 - to change the engine oil .the mechanic who works there suggested that it would be better to change the transmission oil too, which I accepted and I did . After two or three days, I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I took it back to the same mechanic to check my car. After they verified, I was told that the oil is leaking from the connection between the engine and the transmission, and I asked for the reason, they gave illogical answers, such as because the oil was leaking when the engine was on, and no oil came out when the engine was off. One of the mechanics said that in this state, when the engine is running and the oil comes out at this quantity, the car's oil must be half, and after checking the oil level, he realized not only the oil is not half but also is over maximum . He called his manager and explained the situation and in the meantime it was past the end of the working hours and they had to close the garage. they asked me to take the car and bring it back to see what can be done. I went to consult with another mechanic, and I found out that the reason for the oil leaking is overfilled engine oil which is exactly what happened to my car and this is the mistake that the mechanic did during the oil change and they poured more oil than the engine's capacity, and this caused the pressure on the engine and the excess oil to come out from somewhere between the engine and the transmission . I went back to the same mechanic and after presenting the reasons to them, the mechanic completely refused to take responsibility and also refused to allow me to bring my car to them.I took my car to another mechanic to fix the problem that they caused in the first place (a mistake worth 2000$) and I am still waiting to receive my car.I expect a review and answer from your company .If anyone want to take their car for repair in this place its better things twice.

The manager and the staff worked overtime just to get my car done. They were very friendly, accommodating and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Lube and will visit again!

Today I did a Winter tire change and balance, it was a long wait but I was very happy that I was able to change the same day!! Russ was very nice and very professional! Thank you Mr, Lube! I will come again.

Very crowdedMost of the time you should go there at 7 am just for a one simple oil change and after 8 am when they are open it is possible to hear that they are over booked against what you possibly saw at their website

I went there to get my car inspected for noise and braking issues and they quickly found the problem. I changed brakes and discs, fair prices and service from Russ was great.

Good service relatively quick for an oil change and replacing filters. Nice staff, didn't try to pressure me into doing any other work. They're busy but you can't fault them for that since it's a Walmart and within the dixtrente plaza. Will come back.
