They charged me $10 extra for just putting simple glitter coat on my nails! The lady was very hesitant to change the colour. All in all bad experience! Do not recommend.

Absolutely amazing nail salon. It has taken me forever to find my go-to nail place and I'm so glad that I found them. I tend to get acrylics with complicated nail designs and I have never left unsatisfied. Customer service is amazing, I always feel welcomed when I come in. 10/10 recommend. Keep up the great work!

I have been going for years now. I typically go for bio gel nails and pedicures. Both Vivienne and Vicki are amazing.

I’ve been going to Eva Nails for years now and I always leave loving my nails. I go to Vivian for bio gel, shellac, and pedicures. She ensures you are happy with the shape, length, and colour of your nails and always does an amazing job with the designs I ask for.

The rudest salon EVER minus the owner, Anne, who is sweet but not always there. Has gone downhill post-COVID, and this is coming from a customer of about 10 years. When Anne is not at the Woodbridge location, her staff are rude to customers they personally dislike. Lisa is by far the rudest. They refuse to book appointments when you call by speaking nonsense; they pretend they don’t speak English and say they’re booked for any time slot you ask. Appalling customer service for an industry where you’re bound to get “picky” customers who want to be satisfied with the service they’re paying for. If you’re particular — even though you’re polite about it — they will refuse to serve you in the future. Note: all the good technicians over the past few years (Jackie, Jessica) have quit and spoken negatively about the salon.

I wanted to like this place but was very disappointed in the service and quality. The person doing my pedicure was behaving as if it was their first time. Sadly my toe nail paint chipped in less than 24hrs and I was going on vacation. The chip got worse and I couldn't even wear open toe shoes on my vacation. Shellac finger nails chipped as well within 2 days. The people doing my nails couldn't understand anything I said not even the colour # I chose. I had to get out of my chair and walk them over to the palette to show them..the experience was frustrating and the chipped nails made it even worse. There was no consistency and they kept changing who was working on my nails. Will not be returning.

I have been going to this Salon for approx. 8 years, it was ok when I first started going, but has gone downhill in the last 3 years. Staff that knew what they were doing have left and the ones that are still working there don't know what they are doing. They speak in their own language to each other as they work on clients, which I find disrespectful and rude and I'm sure they are talking about clients because they look at the client. The salon is dirty, their products are old and the tools are not disinfected properly because the staff goes in the back room to get the tools and they are opened when they present them to the client. I have had problems with my fingers and toes after being there and just 3 weeks ago I had a problem with my toe and my daughter has an ongoing infection on her toe from their service. She is on an antibiotic cream for the infection and I don't know when it will clear up. Do not go to this salon. I have heard clients complain as they are sitting in the salon because the staff person is not doing the service properly.
