We were very happy with Gary and his team for the excellent service and price that they provided us. They were on time, professional and with our children nearby there was never a swear, nor smoking on the premise. After they finished the work on the roof they spent their time picking up every nail, first with a large rolling magnet and then by sight to make sure every nail and debris was picked up. I highly recommend Gary with his years of experience and highly knowledgeable workmanship.

I have used Practical Roofing in two separate instances, and would definitely recommend them to anyone. At first, they repaired a small section of my roof over my front step where my eavestrough’s poured out over my shingles and ruined them.(this is how my house was built in 2005.) Garry and his team did not over charge me for the small job, which is what I initially brought me back. I kept his contact information and two years later after a major’s hail storm, he was the contractor I chose to replace my shingles through an insurance claim. As expected, they did a incredible job and made it happen quick. He gave me several options for roofing products as well as different times that suited me even though they were crazy busy with hail repairs for others, you can expect honesty, great workmanship, timeliness, and I believe cost-effectiveness as they were less expensive than one other contractor and the insurance adjusters quote.

Gary has professionalism and integrity in a world with very little. Always greeted me with a smile. Educated me on my roof. I asked about a few options and he had great advice even though it undercut his bottom line. He gave me an estimate that was better than most. And at the end of the job, his invoice cost $50 less. Good luck finding a better roofer.

Gary and his small, professional and personable crew are first rate! The roofing workmanship was flawless, the behaviour and attitude beyond reproach and clean-up was near spotless. You get an impression of honesty and integrity when you're dealing with Gary. Gary's pricing came in quite a bit below what I had anticipated and I can't recommend Gary highly enough!

Our roof was lightly damaged in the last wind storm and after calling 5 different roofing companies 4 who never called us back Gary said he would do his best to fit us in his busy schedule to at least see what he could do that day.
