Nurses needs to be trained. She put needle twice without locating the blood vessel and reinserted again in one of my arm. Finally she was able to locate the vessel in other arm. Never trust the wait time here. Only plus point of this location is lots of parking spot. I will never come to this lab.

Visited this location about a year ago because my wife needed bloodwork done. The nurse who helped her (South Asian lady, unfortunately didn't get her name) was great; not only was she very understanding and patient with my wife's fear of needles, she was also very skillful (found the vein on first try, and completed the blood draw swiftly). This location (and the LifeLabs on Fraser) are our go-to places. Highly recommend especially to anyone who has a hard time with needles.

My blood vessel is so easy to find so I have never had bruise after blood test, until I came to this lab for blood test. The technician was a older lady. She clearly pierced through my vessel as the blood was not coming through. She also repeatedly took test tube out to see if she got enough blood. When I started asking her to re-do it instead. She said she had enough sample and took out the needle.I don’t think she had enough blood sample. Not even sure is she is appropriately trained. Also, she didn’t apologize or admit she did it so poorly and probably thought people are so easy to fool with.Won’t go back to this lab anymore and won’t recommend it to anyone.

Used save spot". When I got in there were two people in the line and I also stood in line. I read the screen saying "saved spot" could wait anywhere so I left the line. Over 30 mins wait later the line built up and i asked the staff on my spot. Her response was we are just doing walk-ins now cause there are too many people. Thanks for giving a heads up to patients that you have abandoned your normal process and the posted instruction are no longer valid. Understand you are busy but just let people know! everyone coming in to just stand in line."

I had a really poor experience here. Went in for a Holter monitor and arrived exactly at my appointment time. I had to email the req and overheard the tech say If she doesn't have it within 15 minutes I'm not doing it". To which they received it in less than a minute. She was incredibly rude with terrible bedside manner - barely acknowledged me and spoke down to me. Thankfully I work in healthcare and also have had holters so I knew what she needed from me. Incredibly unprofessional. I'm also young and can follow directions very well but felt even worse for some of the seniors there who we being very harshly redirected. No one deserves this type of experience when seeking healthcare. It is shameful.Amendment: I was contacted by lifelabs later in the day to inform me that NO DATA was retrieved from my monitor so I have to make a new appointment and do it all again. ?Incompetence."

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, although they were busy but they were also very fast serving everyone.Clean facility and well equipped

My wife goes to this location for the blood work today. She is happy with the service that she gets in this location.She uses the save my spot" for the appointment.She tells me that the staff there are efficient

Use the save my spot app, it says 40 minutes wait, so I save my spot and went there 28 minutes before my appointment spot. When I came in they put me in a walk in list and still wait for another 30 minutes, not even 28 minutes going there. Save my spot is not reliable.

I come here every time I need bloodwork, and it's excellent. The staff here are friendly, and has expert skills at drawing blood. So it's painless. The wait is manageable, depending on when you arrive. Anyways, you can go have a coffee or shop around if you have to wait.
