For several years now, we've used Hyack Trophies and found Brad to be the most helpful and dependable person for giving awards to our academy's large number of music students' annual recitals (100+ participants). He gives helpful suggestions as to styles and we couldn't be more happy with both product and service. Prices are very fair and we look forward to working him for a long time to come.

Best customer service ever!I miss the customer service that is created with a person that truly cares.Brad was amazing, accommodating and swift in getting my engraving done.I recommend this place 110%.Buying local is so much better than buying from the internet.

I have been going to see Brad for years and I drive all the way from Coquitlam to support his little business. Brad provides excellent customer service, quality and pride in his work all at a very reasonable price.

Brad is the man!Everything he sells is at an honest price and good quality. He takes pride in his work and has never missed a deadline for me. Exceptional customer service and a staple in the community. If you are going somewhere else then you are going to the wrong place!Note: He has no set business hours anymore but is available by phone call and appointment. Never had a problem though. He is quite attentive.

This place is fantastic! Brad has a mission to serve others in what he's doing. Our club, Spoken Word Toastmasters is indebted to them for doing a wonderful job - all these years - with name tags for our members. They've been charging us a very low fee. He is very accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you Brad!
