Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The older man who works there is a complete terror! He was ready to fight a 3 year old for not Immediately responding to his yelling. When I politely explained to him that he was a child, and to not yell at him, he asked if the child was autistic? I didn't realize that not responding promptly to screaming, yelling and overall psychotic behavior was a marker of autism, nor did I realize that working in a photography store qualified one as a medical professional able to diagnose individuals as such. As someone who actually works with people who suffer from various mental health issues, I would strongly recommend that gentleman should seek his own psychological evaluation and maybe medication, as his behavior was completely sociopathic! Anyhow, I was able to get a refund and got my sons picture taken in 2 minutes with absolutely no issues at Staples by Oshawa Mall, (shoutout to Stacey!). Would also recommend to the owners, if you are not comfortable or like working with small children you perhaps mention that or place signage indicating so, as it could prevent situations such as this. Avoid this place at all costs, unless of course you don't mind dealing with rude staff who lack common decency and customer service, there are many other places with cheaper prices and better service. How this place is still open is mind blowing.

I have taken photos from Staples, UPS, Pro Passport, Shoppers and Walmart. This is the best photo I felt and the photographer took time until I adjust my hair and she made sure the photo was good and didn't rush me. She was patient with other customers also as we waited there for few mins for our turn. I won't go to any other studio now onwards.

If I could give -5 stars I would, this photographer was beyond rude. I was in the store today waiting on some photos when a lady and her son couldn't be more than 2-3 years old walked in asking to take passport photo, the child was well mannered and wasn't fussing at all but didn't quiet understand you cannot smile for a passport photo, anyhow the photographer was so enraged with this sweet little boy he was yelling and demanding the poor mother that her little 2-3 year old son stop smiling immediately then when you think it couldn't get worse he asked the mother very rudely if her child has autism!?. Through all this the lady was extremely calm and politely left she even offered to pay for the rude photographers time.Anyways avoid this place by all cost especially if you have young children unless your trying to scare them and scar them from smiling for the rest of their lives . This lady deserves an award because she handled this situation with such elegance and poise.

I went to this shop for OCI photo, and the owner only provided me soft copy via email. The owner even explained that I only need soft copy for OCI. Later, I came to know that the hard copy also needed. Visited them again to get my emailed photo re-printed as I was used that in to my online application. Owner declined to re-print and kept asking to take new photo both email copy and printed copy. Very bad experience. Lost my money and completed online the application. I have to redo everything again. Very rude person keep telling me that I dont understand English where I am a computer engineer with a bachelors degree.

I have been coming here for a while and had no issues. However, I encountered extremely disrespectful situation with a older male photographer. He had no patience and was yelling at young children for smiling. I was in here for my own picture however decided to leave because I do not tolerate abuse towards kids. If you have young children, please do not go here. There are other options for you.

Some of these bad reviews seem fake... like they're from the same person.I had my passport photos done here and they turned out great!The service was fast and professional. I'll be coming here for my photos in the future.

The man that works there is very rude and aggressive. If you have to get your babies picture done or very young children, I would strongly recommend to go elsewhere. You have to have some level of patience dealing with young kids.The man was getting upset because my two year old was not being straight faced and still.If you know you do not have patience to photograph kids please do not agree to take their photos.I will not be returning there again. I left and went elsewhere because I will not have anyone yelling at my kids to take a photo. Its not like I was standing there doing nothing I was trying to help but he is yelling at the same time I am speaking with my child. ZERO STARS.

Excellent photos and customer service. We tried passport photos at different places but this is the best one. Will definitely recommend to our friends!

Great customer service and very kind people. I got my OCI photos done here and they were very helpful and gave me great photos for a good price. I don't understand the negative reviews people are giving to this shop. One thing interesting is that it looks like that this business is being bad review bombed, negative reviews coming for two different businesses 100 km away from each at the same day from 5 or more different people. What are the odds?Walmart and Shoppers photos get rejected all the time so I didn't take my chances and went to this professional shop where they take good quality photos and they were accepted no problem!
