I would like to give the Driving Force Leduc location a glowing review, most especially for Jeanine at the front desk. There was a bit of miscommunication between myself and another branch at first, but when I was connected to Jeanine, she lent me a sympathetic and understanding ear. She quickly fixed the situation and got me the vehicle I needed, which is such a relief! I am so happy I got her on the phone when I needed help. Jeanine is such a credit to her company - I can only wish that all businesses have a Jeanine working the front desk and telephones for them. Thank you!

I rented a car for the day while my truck was being serviced by a nearby dealership. Driving Force made arrangements for me to be picked up and also delivered back to the dealership.The lady that booked me in was friendly, even though she was experiencing some minor computer hiccups and also dealing with noise from current renovations - she maintained a friendly and professional demeanour.The car was extremely clean (basically brand new) and drove really well.I live 45 min West of Leduc and have day rented from them a few times. I find it a very convenient way to get my service work done without the bother of asking a friend or family for a ride.I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Driving Force was extremely helpful in saving my day. I was taking my daughter-in-law to Edmonton for a very important appointment. My truck started having issues on the way. I was able to quickly get a rental vehicle from Driving Force in Leduc. They were so courteous and understanding. We were on our way with time to spare.I would definitely use Driving Force again and would highly recommend them.

The staff at this location are always friendly and professional. Your vehicles and facility are always exceptionally clean. The vehicle has always been ready as requested. Staff work with you to find a vehicle to suite your needs. I have rented from the Leduc airport location a number of times over the past years and the service / vehicles are consistently outstanding. Joshua and Jayden helped me with my last rental and both were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate me. At the same time, getting a reservation and picking up and dropping off of the vehicle is very efficient. I will certainly be renting here again!

Never rent from here. They immediately take 1.5 your estimated rental cost on your credit card. A nice way to start your trip. Because I was leaving early AM there is no shuttle. You have use the the shuttle from a hotel at least 4 blocks away. I did not feel safe leaving my luggage unattended at the hotel but could not hike it the 4 blocks from the drop off point. I am very happy it was not winter. Finally, I filled up in the south of Edmonton and the needle was just below the bar. They charged an additional $22. An extra day cost me $80. A nice reward for 1 weeks worth of business.

I rented a vehicle from the Leduc location. We flew into Edmonton early in the day and I called for a shuttle from our hotel to pick up the car. The shuttle showed up very quickly. We were given a Chrysler 300 which was quite new. It was very clean and spacious. The customer service was excellent!! I would definitely rent here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Keep up the great work!!
