My builder sent them to repair my shower column, that was leaking and rusting. They came and said that it would need a new piece. I waited months and had to follow up with my contractor - finally for them to come repair the piece. They came only for them to have ordered the wrong piece. They said that they would order the new piece and then call us when they got it in. Fast forward a few months later, and I emailed asking when my column would be fixed. They then informed me that the pieces were discontinued and I would have to pick a less expensive option to replace with - that did not match what we paid for / the other plumbing in the bathroom.I had to follow up countless times, as they never take a minute to update me. Apparently my new column has been ordered almost 8 weeks ago - however I never heard anything back, even though I’ve emailed them asking when it would come in and be installed.I have never met a company this disorganized and unprofessional - it is absolutely unacceptable to be waiting since November 2020 to have a new shower column let alone use the shower.There has been so much water coming from the defective shower when not in use, that there is black mold growing behind it.All in all, highly recommend that you find any other plumber but them.
