Long wait at the commercial counter

Pre-ordered S21 Ultra on January 14th through Norcom, two weeks before release. Got a shipment comfirmation to the store. I never got the phone. What has been shipped then? Empty box? They either sold it to someone else or ordered the wrong phone without admitting it to me. Now it is out of stock and I'm still waiting. Strangely, friends around me got their phone no problem from another shop or company. I have low hope for my pre-order items.They also made the changes to my account already so I'm paying the cancellation fee of my previous phone and starting a new expansive plan because my current plan ''doesn't exist anymore''.Just a terrible experience, I'm not even excited about the phone release at this point.

I have to give a big thank you to Penny Panagoulias. Penny's customer service is outstanding! Penny is personable and always goes above and beyond to assist me. Thank you for all you have done for me. Rogers is lucky to have you!

Excellent service client

Nice staff they explain anything you need to know.. BUT they sold me the wrong phone they didnt even have it in the store.. didn't tell me only to find out at work..
