I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Price to get my son on the road with his first vehicle. We received excellent service! The process was easy and very quick.

I dealt with Steve Price while getting insurance for my truck. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for insurance, as his service was impeccable. From start to finish the process took about two hours through email, and he was able to provide me with a policy. Polite, courteous, and good at his job. 10/10

Slothy and incompetent sales squad. Please avoid this brokerage at all costs, else the costs be mighty and mentally draining.This was my first experience with an insurance broker in the past 23 years. The initial sales guy last March was great. But once the policy was in place, the truth came to light, and I quickly regretted my decision. I am not one leave negative reviews... But is more of a strong warning to potential clients. Please, please, please, run while you can!My family started a law firm in this province over 100 years ago, still standing strong. I have personally worked in the industry and also on behalf of the Ministry of the Attorney General, as a commission.Consider yourself warned and please act accordingly.

I wanted to take some time to show my appreciation for Dave's excellent customer service. I really do feel like he has gone above and beyond to make us so comfortable with the whole process and it has been an absolute delight. I heard about Cowan insurance through my work (city of Mississauga) and my fiancé and I are so appreciative of how helpful, kind and patient he has been.In the past we have had some terrible experiences with insurance brokerage firms and companies and this was a wonderful experience. I have already referred my mom and a few friends to Cowan Insurance and Dave, for their future needs and will continue to do so. Thank you again Dave for everything!

Couldn't give them a lower rating. They cancelled our home insurance with no notice, they are impossible to get in touch with, extremely rude staff, little to no help when you call them, outrageous prices with seemingly endless hidden costs. Try anyone before them.
