We booked an appointment for my wife and I. Waited a number of weeks to get in. While in the waiting area a lady came in without an appointment. She told a sob story of sorts and was slotted in ahead of me after I had already been waiting for 20+ minutes. I walked out. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely no respect for those who take the time to book appointments.

I have been going to this location almost all my life and I have always had an amazing experience. But today deserves a special shout out. I had an overnight worry regarding my eyes and booked an appointment online to see Dr. Jasmin Rakhra and she was absolutely incredible. She took the time to listen to all my worries and concerns, completed a thorough check to calm my anxieties and provided great advice for aftercare. She did so much in such a short amount of time to make me feel infinitely better. Thank you Dr. Rakhra!!

I would like to thank the staff at Iris for the wonderful recent experience in having my eyes checked. I would like to especially thank Dr. Davies who was very professional, thorough and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Also want to thank Lisa for taking the time to show me all the brands and options and I never felt pressured to buy anything. I think this was the best experience I've ever had with any optometrist appointment and if I could give Iris even more stars, I would.Thank-you

Went for an eye exam as I had not been in a while. Got feedback on my eyes and ended getting some glasses to help my vision. Dr. Jiwani did a great job during the eye exam. The staff at the front desk who aid in the appointment were also quite friendly and helpful throughout the visit. Thanks again.

I have Always loved iris! Dr. Daniel Davies has been taking care of me and my family for close to 15 years. Not only is he super good at his job but he is very good at going above and beyond. His team always takes good care of everything that comes after the appointments as well. Very lovely team at iris.
