Food is bland and over priced. I got a veggie Teriyaki bowl which had a bit of vegetables with brown rice and ton of soya sauce. My friend ordered a burrito with chicken and paid $15 for it. It was not worth it.

Got a salad from here with no dressing, had to eat plain lettuce, and plain chicken for dinner.I ordered a salad from here through their website as they don’t take phone call orders anymore. When i picked up the salad I could see the girl making the salad and could not see any dressing but since I was a bit far wasn’t sure so I asked her before leaving if there is dressing on the salad and she confirmed yes.I understand that employees can make mistakes. Hence, I called the store one week ago and told them about this sad salad that I got with no dressing. Every time I’ve called there’s no manager in the store and have been told that the manager will call me back and there has been no callback for over a week. Clearly the manager or the owners in the store. I have no idea what’s going on.

I typically go to Freshii about once a week and so far this location is the absolute worst!Customer service was bad, missing ingredients in the bowl and when I asked how come they are charging money for extra sauce they said we'll see what we can do"

Ordered a berry smoothie. Service started super slow. Watched the woman take 10 minutes to make a salad for the customer in front of me. The chicken she steamed/microwaved was so hot it looked like it was just about to disintegrate into molecules in the air.Finally took my order. To my surprise the smoothie contained only half a banana, approx. 20 mls of oasis orange juice, 5 small strawberries, and a dark blue syrup…no fresh blueberries in sight!!!Upon handing me the smoothie I asked “there aren’t any blueberries in there?!” Her response “no it’s a blueberry topping that goes in there” how misleading!!! No explanation, no attempt to outline the health benefits and certainly the word “topping” does not suggest healthy and above else false advertising. Don’t bother with this location…poor service and product knowledge. Almost forgot, the counter had an empty container of something sideways, crumbs everywhere…list goes on. Save your money people

Have had 2 bad experiences at this location - love Freshii in general but I would recommend going to a different location. Rice is always half-cooked and most of the bowls (meant to be warm) come cold. Cobb wrap has barely any contents and was like a snack opposed to a meal. Freshii is a great concept and usually has amazing food but this location seems to disappoint every time. Customer service is near 0 as the manager is not cooperative nor willing to apologize for mistakes but rather places blame on the customer.

I went for a banana nut smoothie on Friday, July 7 at 1:30pm. I selected this option because it listed frozen yogurt instead of others which listed milk or dairy. I watched them make the smoothie with milk and ice rather than frozen yogurt. I asked why they were doing that and that it lists frozen yogurt which is very different. As someone with a milk allergy, I can still have frozen yogurt. She said it was the same thing and tried to show me the carton of milk - I said oh, is it dairy or lactose free?! She said no. I thought, why are you trying to show me this carton of milk. It’s milk. Not frozen yogurt. She made no apology and handed me my smoothie which I couldn’t drink. I told her I felt it was dangerous to put milk (or any ingredient) into the item ordered without telling people of a substitution. She said she would “take my feedback”. No apology.If you don’t have an item you need to tell someone so they may change or cancel their order. If I didn’t place this order personally in store I wouldn’t have known. I’ll never go back. Be careful or you’ll get very sick.
