Amazing fit on tailoring my coat (that I thought was a write off) which has been in my closet for years. Vince went above and beyond to ensure that I was more than 100% pleased with the outcome. Vince is not looking to just make a sale with his customers on a one-time visit, rather he looks to build a long-term relationship of trust and respect which makes me as a customer, eager to return back frequently knowing I have him in my corner. Vincenzo is a straight shooter and an honest guy. He will work with you on price and explain everything in extreme detail so you can make an informed decision. Tailoring is a bit pricey but its the price you pay to rest easy that a guy thats been doing this for decades is making your suit fit properly. Would return.

These are a great set of guys to work with. Gave them a jacket of mine where the zipper came off. They gave me two prices on the phone before even seeing the jacket, one if they could reattach the zipper and one if they had to buy a new zipper. I paid for the price to rebuy a zipper and they refunded me when they were able to reattach my old zipper. They didn’t even ask for a review either, service was just so great I want to help anyway I can. I will definitely be coming to them again if I need any repairs or tailoring done and if you’re in the area you should too!

I’ve posted a review for the Richmond Hill location, but since I’ve been to both (and love both the stores!), I want to share another story here.Before I knew about Vincent’s shops, I bought a suit in Hugo Boss. They also did all the tailoring in-house, and trusting the brand I haven’t check the final result when I picked up the suit in store. When I tried it on before an important business event, I realized I look like a clown.I brought it to Vincent to fix, and once I picked up the suit, it felt a whole new suit! The jacket fit like a glove, the pants were not short and actually sit well on my butt, the sleeves were of a proper length…Being in the industry since his teens, Vincent does pure magic even fixing somebody’s poor job.Not to mention, Vincent is always sincere and does what it takes to make clients happy. He knows how to make you feel like visiting a friend, rather than coming to a store.Thank you for your talent and for being your amazing self, Vincent!

I found Vince and his shop as it is closest to me—I was not disappointed by the great quality of work, customer service, and fair prices.Came in to have a bridesmaids dress altered, and it was done less than a week later. Vince is kind, professional, and very personable.We also ordered a suit jacket for my husband—it was so easy and at a great price!Highly recommend Vince and his team.

Awesome fit! I appreciate Vince's work on women's clothing. He altered blazers, pants and a linen jumpsuit to fit me very nicely. He was professional when listening to my requests and also explained options. The price was reasonable for the excellent work done. Highly recommended!

The other day I bought a pair of boots and it was a pleasure to deal with Vince. He was patient, professional, and friendly, not pushy at all. He even made me an espresso! I can't wait to return for a matching tailor made vest and pants. His fashion and styling tips were also excellent!

I dropped off my dress to be shortened this past Wednesday and Vince and his son were such a pleasure to deal with! Their shop is nice and clean. Their prices are reasonable and they even finished shortening my dress sooner than I thought! I got my dress back in less than 4 days.
